Jeanne Mulligan now works primarily in acrylics but did her undergraduate work in gold and silversmithing, studying metalworking with Robert Ebendorf and James Bennett at SUNY New Paltz, New York. She received her graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in gifted and talented education.
After a career in education in San Antonio and Baltimore in public and private schools, she has returned to art, concentrating on painting and mixed media. Her work involves children and their interactions with the ocean, landscapes, and urban street scenes. She is listed on the artist roster of the Rehoboth Art League in Delaware.
